As soon as you have placed your order you will receive an email or text message (depending on which option you opted for) confirming the order along with an order number. 

You will receive an email confirming when your item has been despatched. All international orders will receive tracking information.

As we start processing your order straight away it is not possible to cancel the order once placed. If you have changed your mind and do not want the item please follow our Returns Policy.

US Standard Delivery: 3-5 Working Days

US Priority Mail: 1-3 Working Days

US Priority Mail Express: 1 Working Day If placed before 1pm

International orders: 7-13 working days

Some items on our website will be on "pre-order" due to very high demand. Pre-order simply means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now & are giving our customers a chance to pre-order it so that they don't miss out when it comes back into stock. Pre-Ordered items vary on timescale but we usually have your pre-ordered item despatched and on it's way to you within10-14 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you place the order and then another once we have despatched your item. 

We will need to receive your return within 14 days from the date you received the order. If a return is received after this date then a refund will not be processed. The same rules apply to Domestic UK orders & International orders.

Your refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive the return. You'll receive email notification letting you know once it has been processed.

Unfortunately as per our Returns Policy we only refund the amount you paid for the handbag. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
